An open space beach house, of 60 square meters for 5 people, with one double bed, 2 single beds and 1 big sofa, very stylish and comfortable.
It is decorated with boho and cozy design styling combined with the Cycladic culture. The house has direct access to a sea view veranda, with a big dining table. It is situated on a small bay, with similar moon white rocks as Sarakiniko that form a secluded cove in front of the house, together with Hirana 2 and Hirana 3.
The Hirana houses enjoy an amazing location, in Agios Konstantinos, Milos island, Cyclades, a small fisherman village, of 12 small sea houses. This village is located on the north side of the island, 5 km away from Adamas port, 3,5 km from Pollonia traditional village, 15 min walk from magnificent cave of Papafragkas and 3 km from the unique moon landscape of the famous Sarakiniko beach.

Pre-booking and Payment Terms
To book your stay, simply pay 35% of the total amount upfront. Victor will follow up with an email containing full details and instructions for the final payment.
- To secure a reservation, the client must send a signed contract and an advance payment equal to 35% of the total cost for the chosen period of stay. If booking less than 60 days in advance, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation.
- The remaining balance for the rental period must be paid at least 60 days before the stay begins.
- If the client fails to pay the remaining balance by the due date, they will receive a reminder. If there is no response within 7 days, the reservation will be considered invalid, and the advance payment will be kept.
- Once the full amount is received, the client will receive a confirmation document based on the type of rental permit the villa has according to Greek law. This document could be a voucher for key collection at the villa or a contract between the client and the owner. The client will also receive information via email about how to reach the villa, the expected arrival date and time, the person receiving them, and any details regarding airport or port pickup if applicable.
