It offers complete comfort and privacy, featuring a private swimming pool with sun loungers, ideal for relaxation. The pool can be heated during April, May, and October, upon request and with prior notice.
The villa comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across four spacious bedrooms, all decorated in soft, light tones that create a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available throughout the villa, both indoors and outdoors.
On the ground floor, the open-plan living area seamlessly connects the lounge, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen. Large glass patio doors allow natural light to flood the space while offering beautiful sea views and direct access to the outdoor area and pool. The living room is equipped with a smart TV and a Bluetooth sound system, making it perfect for both relaxation and entertainment.
The outdoor area features a private 8 x 4 meter swimming pool with panoramic sea views, sun loungers, umbrellas, a built-in barbecue area, and a shaded seating and dining space, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors. Pool heating is available upon request, with at least one week’s notice and an additional charge.
Villa Horis is particularly well suited for workcations and digital nomads, offering high-speed internet and the possibility of extended stays with no maximum length. Special rates are available for stays longer than 14 days upon request.
Ideally located, the villa is just minutes away from Anthony Quinn Bay, Afandou Beach, and Tsampika Beach, while Rhodes Town and the renowned Kalithea Springs are easily accessible by car, making Villa Horis an excellent base for exploring the island.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
