Here, at sunset, one can experience the most humbling experience whilst listening to the intermittent charming sounds of goat bells. Villa Karmen has been impeccably designed (crossover between mountain and summer vacation home plans) to take full advantage of this remarkable setting lot.

Immediately on opening the front door upstairs, one steps onto a galleried salon with comfortable seating and office/desk furnishings embraced with a beautifully crafted wooden high-ceiling, exposing dark chestnut rugged beams.
Beyond the salon’s balusters, the picture-postcard view is stupendous! Adjacent to the salon are two bedrooms, one being the master bedroom with a queen sized double bed, an en suite bathroom and large terrace; the other with large twin beds and a private bathroom, with shower and toilet facilities, right next door.
Downstairs is the cosily furnished living and dining room with fireplace, and a fully equipped open plan kitchen. Leading off here on one side is a further twin bedroom with additional shower room and a second master bedroom with an en suite bathroom. This whole floor opens up onto the front terrace boasting perhaps the largest piano shaped infinity pool in the area and a commodious sun terrace.
What stands out perhaps more than anything else is the villa’s al fresco dining arbour (leading off from the other side of the main kitchen) which is nothing but a lean to roofing system mimicking the design of a pergola and was built using natural wood. The space under the pergola designed in a charming fashion sports a concrete king-sized tiled table. Adjoining this area is a fully-equipped barbecue, outdoor kitchen, and changing room with shower / toilet facilities.
Villa Karmen, admittedly provides the perfect recipe for a cosy haven of luxury relaxation ….relishing a comfortable grandstand view for those stunning Ionian Sunsets.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
