Kouva Villa represents literally the cubist aesthetics of architecture which rests in balance within its landscape. Large cubes are rising through the Cycladic earth, forming an abstract of geometrically shaped structures which blend perfectly with the surrounding environment. Sharp clean lines and exquisite colors like pure white dominate the design, ensuring that it is viewed in perspective with ease. Simplicity is an overriding characteristic.
Due to Kouva Villa’s secluded location, any guest has a unique opportunity to live like an islander as much as to use it as an ideal base to explore the island’s secrets. It is a place of great privacy dedicated to its guests and their desire to dream in serenity creating new memories.
Kouva Villa is a stand-alone villa which can accommodate up to 10 persons.
In the upper part of the building, which consists of several cubes inter-connected, we find four (4) double bedrooms with built-in closets and beds with extra comfortable mattresses. Large and small windows in every room offer stunning views of the sea while providing plenty of natural light. Each room also has its own outdoor terrace, where the garden gives a sense of the local nature’s scent.
Other than the pure white color which is used as a dominant element of Kouva Villa, concrete also defines the minimalist way of the design. Four (4) bathrooms, found in the same upper part of the building- are made by modern variations of the substance of concrete and look just outstanding.
Towards the bedrooms, 2 storage rooms provide iron, ironing board, fast cleaning tools and everything is needed as about cleaning in case of a need, etc.
Moving forward, an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with built-in sofas and a dining area, are arranged as a transition to the exterior using the same materials as everywhere around in order to give a boundless feeling. Ιn direct succession of the interior, a beautiful pool area with comfortable sofas, loungers, sun beds, bean bags, pool pillows, and a barbeque area with dining table and chairs in the exterior, welcomes you to enjoy your vacation within the island’s atmosphere.
On the lower floor plan, and in connection with the upper floor through an internal staircase, we find a large playroom/gym area, which is offered to the villa’s guests, hosting aerobic equipment, a children’s ping- pong table, and several board games. It is just a perfect place for the kids to have a good time and for the grown-ups to stay fit, entertain or feel like kids again.
Finally, apart from the main building, on a lower floor plan level, the Villa also provides a separate Guest House with independent access. It houses one bedroom with built-in closet and twin-double beds with extra comfortable mattresses, a bathroom, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a living room with satellite TV. In this lower floor plan level we can find a washing mashing as long as a dryer machine. It can satisfy the need to accommodate up to 2 guests more or any live – in personnel that may satisfy your needs.
Kouva Villa is characterized by the simplicity of strong and basic features which are used, both in terms of exterior and interior, and their successful combination with softer elements, such as fabrics and pure colors, creating a welcoming and warming effect.
Inside and out, the villa relies upon pure white color, handmade stonework, natural wood, iron elements, floor paved with the same material all around, in order to achieve the feeling of continuity. In consequence of the design and the materials selected, there is little distinction between the indoors and outdoors, giving a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, as expected to a house situated near the seashore.
Away from the city’s way of living, Kouva Villa is a structure of great finesse as the designers has resorted within a rich palette of natural materials in order to place it successfully in Paros landscape, making any guests stay rewarding.

Alyki, a fisherman village, is the nearest place to enjoy fresh fish and traditional Greek plates, made of great quality local products, while spending some cheerful time in any of the sea-side tavernas offering post-card worthy views on the marina.
Towards Alyki, all main shops essentials covering daily needs can be found at ease: bakery with local delicacies, green grocer, supermarket, meat market, fishmongers, pharmacy, hair-dresser and gas station.
At least 3 small secluded beaches featuring crystal clear water and fine pebble are easily accessed in just a few minutes’ walk from the villa, generously offering unique images and moments to take back home.
A few more non-organized beaches can also be found within a short distance of the villa, accessed by car: Agios Nikolaos sandy beach in 1 km, Alyki sandy beach in 1.5 km and Piso Alyki sandy beach in 2 km.

To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
