The Complex consist of two 180 sq.m. identical villas with 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms each and a guest house with two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. In total 10 bedrooms with maximum capacity 24 guests by adding extra beds since normal capacity is 20 guests.
The strongest advantages of this property are for sure the well-equipped and quality indoors, the electric power generator that is very important with the electricity shortcuts that take place often in summer but mostly the huge outdoor area of more than 700 sq.m. that has an amazing garden with palm trees and a big private pool of 105 sq.m. with its own bathroom and WC and the proximity to all the popular places of Mykonos when at the same time it retains its privacy and relaxing vibes.
It is situated 5 minutes from the airport and 5-6 from main town, close to the amazing beaches of Paragka and Platis Gialos and a few minutes away from other well-known beaches like Psarou and Paradise. Ano Mera, the second big village of Mykonos, with many local traditional but also new stylish restaurants is 15 minutes more or less from the villas.

Pre-booking and Payment Terms
- To secure a reservation, the client must send a signed contract and an advance payment equal to 35% of the total cost for the chosen period of stay. If booking less than 60 days in advance, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation.
- The remaining balance for the rental period must be paid at least 60 days before the stay begins.
- If the client fails to pay the remaining balance by the due date, they will receive a reminder. If there is no response within 7 days, the reservation will be considered invalid, and the advance payment will be kept.
- Once the full amount is received, the client will receive a confirmation document based on the type of rental permit the villa has according to Greek law. This document could be a voucher for key collection at the villa or a contract between the client and the owner. The client will also receive information via email about how to reach the villa, the expected arrival date and time, the person receiving them, and any details regarding airport or port pickup if applicable.
