This spacious villa offers five bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to eleven guests. Four of the bedrooms provide exceptional views of the sea, while the fifth overlooks the stunning White Mountains. Three of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds, and two feature twin single beds. Three of the rooms come with en-suite bathrooms equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and sink. The fifth bedroom does not have its own bathroom but is conveniently located next to a standalone bathroom that includes a toilet, shower, and bath. Additionally, a small open living area near the entrance includes a sofa bed, perfect for accommodating a child as the eleventh guest.
Guests can relax in the private infinity pool, which is a favorite spot for many. For those feeling more adventurous, the rocky shoreline offers direct access to the sea—ideal for swimming or diving when the water is calm. With a bit of luck, guests might even spot dolphins or sea turtles during their stay.
The villa features four distinct terrace areas. The main terrace, located next to the pool, includes a dining area and sun loungers. On the first floor, there are two separate terraces that offer additional privacy and seating options. Another special terrace is positioned just ten meters above sea level and is equipped with a double sun lounger, offering a peaceful retreat where the sound of the waves and the sea breeze create a truly immersive experience.
For those who wish to stay active, the villa is equipped with a comprehensive range of fitness gear. This includes Bowflex adjustable weights up to 24 kilograms, a workout bench, various other fitness accessories, and yoga mats. All of this is set against the backdrop of a breathtaking sea view, making it the perfect environment for fitness routines or relaxing yoga and Pilates sessions.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
