The villa stands in a terrain of about 2500 square meters with oak trees. It offers a magnificent 180 degrees south-west-north view, which includes Cape Sounion, the island of Makronissos, the port of Kea and the island of Eyvoia. A hill with a small whitewashed church adds a romantic touch to the landscape. The sunset view is breathtaking. The villa has a total surface of 200 sq. meters and can sleep 12 guests
A separate small stone guesthouse of 12 sq. meters with two single beds, a shower + WC, coffee machine and refrigerator can accommodate an additional 2 persons.
The living/dining room is at the main ground floor giving through glass doors to spacious verandas. It is decorated with modern furniture and equipped with TV, DVD, Wi-Fi internet and CD player. There is a separate fully equipped kitchen. At this level there is a visitors WC.
The house has 4 bedrooms all with their closets. Two of the bedrooms are at the first floor. The first has a double bed and “en suite” shower-room and WC. It can also accommodate a baby cot. It gives to a large terrace with sea and port view. The second bedroom has two single beds also with “en suite” shower-room and WC.
The third and fourth bedroom are at the lower ground floor, with direct access to the outside garden area. One bedroom has a double bed and a single bed and a baby cot and/or a folding camp bed can be added. Next to the bedroom there is a large bathroom with WC and bidet.
There is large outside paved area with pergolas at two levels. The main ground floor level includes armchairs and furniture for outside dining for 12 persons. At the second outside lower level there is a 4,5x 10 meters infinity swimming pool, an outside shower, a barbecue, sun-beds and a built in sofa for relaxation.
Villa Melita can be rented independently or, for larger groups, with its sister villa Levanda in the adjacent 2500 sq. meters terrain.

- Payment Process for Your Stay
To book your stay, you only need to pay 35% of the total amount as an initial deposit. Please note that your reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available for your chosen dates. Once this confirmation is received, our My Greek Villa team will send you an email with all the rental details and clear instructions on how to complete the final payment. - Booking and Payment Policies
Booking: To secure your reservation, a deposit equal to 35% of the total cost of your stay is required. If the booking is made less than 60 days before your arrival date, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation. The reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available. - Balance Payment: The remaining balance for your rental must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of your stay. You will receive a reminder 3 days before the final payment is due, along with a new payment link.
- Final Confirmation: After we receive your full payment, a confirmation document will be sent to you. You will also receive an email with detailed instructions on how to reach the villa, your expected arrival date and time, the person who will greet you, and any necessary information regarding transfer arrangements, if applicable.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit will be requested before your arrival. No deposit is charged during the booking process. If the host needs to claim the deposit, they must provide evidence of any damage, and you will be notified accordingly. The deposit is never taken without prior notification.
