Villa Meltemi is an exceptional property on the island of Tinos, close to Mykonos and the sacred island of Delos. On both sides of the peninsula there fabulous sandy beaches accessible both by foot or by car. The beach on the west side is only 200 meters away.
The villa, designed and constructed by one of the leading architectural teams in Greece, stands on the hilltop, enjoying magnificent views of the Aegean Sea and of a number of the Cycladic islands. On the mountain slopes behind the peninsula is the traditional village of Kardiani.The interior of the villa is furnished with custom designed items and art pieces offering a great life style and a relaxed style of living. Pre-booking and Payment Terms
To book your stay, simply pay 35% of the total amount upfront. Victor will follow up with an email containing full details and instructions for the final payment.
- To secure a reservation, the client must send a signed contract and an advance payment equal to 35% of the total cost for the chosen period of stay. If booking less than 60 days in advance, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation.
- The remaining balance for the rental period must be paid at least 60 days before the stay begins.
- If the client fails to pay the remaining balance by the due date, they will receive a reminder. If there is no response within 7 days, the reservation will be considered invalid, and the advance payment will be kept.
- Once the full amount is received, the client will receive a confirmation document based on the type of rental permit the villa has according to Greek law. This document could be a voucher for key collection at the villa or a contract between the client and the owner. The client will also receive information via email about how to reach the villa, the expected arrival date and time, the person receiving them, and any details regarding airport or port pickup if applicable.
