Entering Villa, you walk into the large open-plan living space that consists of a kitchen, lounge room, and the dining setting as the centrepiece of the ground level. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you might need for self-catering. Throughout the course of the day, starting with sunrise the space is filled with natural light and in the evening the star filled sky becomes an indoor-outdoor experience.
The modern lounge space offers a comfortable sofa that can be converted to a double sofa bed ideal for two additional guests. On the ground floor is a large modern family bathroom with shower making it convenient for the two additional guests on the sofa bed.
Up the stairs, on the first level, is the first of two double bedrooms. This bedroom has direct access to the balcony with cosy outdoor seating and endless Ionian Archipelagos Sea views. Additionally on this level is a family bathroom with a shower.
Up another flight of stairs which we recommend looking at through our photo gallery, as it’s not for all ages, is the second double bedroom. This second-level space is designed as an attic-style bedroom with a lounge setting to give you all the luxury and comfort during your stay.
Alfresco life in the villa outdoors is everything you would expect from a Greek Villa Holiday. The private pool is equipped with sun loungers and cushions, to give you a relaxing environment from the morning through to the evening to soak up the most stunning sea views across Vasiliki Bay.
Alfresco life is set for either a small family, friends, or a romantic getaway. The outdoor dining setting and bar stools above the pool area will have you deciding every day whether to stay in our go out for breakfast, lunch, dinner, let alone a refreshing cocktail in the evening under the stars.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
