Villa Ollivia

The villa is part of a group of three independent villas in the same terrain. The villas are built in a rich colorful stone that emphasizes the more modern Cretan architecture of today. The villas offer sun flooded areas with shades of different colors during the day periods that leaves a lasting impression from every angle. They are designed with high ceilings, spacious rooms and large patio windows. The wooden structure, the marble and glass features and metal fixtures blend offering a high aesthetic result in design. High quality indoor and outdoor furnishings designed specifically for the villas complete its comfortable environment for sheer relaxation.

Each Villa has its own private overflow swimming pool that can be entered by its yacht style wooden deck. The pools are made of Diamond Brilliance finishes with quartz aggregates that give a ray of stunning rainbow like colors (iridescences) during different periods of the day. The surrounding garden areas should be specifically mentioned, as the owners managed to maintain the original orange and olive trees in their original place during the Villas construction, adding flowers and bushes. Oranges are ready to be picked up by the guests during the spring and summer periods to taste the best Cretan juices.

Villa Ollivia has a surface of 192 m2 with a swimming pool area of 32 m2 and surrounding gardens of 244 m2.

Charming Villa Ollivia with its spacious accommodations, high glass windows and sun flooded lounge is a two storey luxury villa that can house six guests, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a private iridescent swimming pool and lush fruitful garden. Throughout Villa Ollivia, the combination of high ceilings and glass features allow breath-taking views to the outdoor groves, mountains and sea view from 1st floor.

The open-plan fully equipped kitchen, chic dining room and lounge area lie separate from the rest of the interior of bedrooms and bathroom, connected via a beautifully transparent corridor that allows guests to walk through nature - as they pass through the garden and orange trees to the other side of the Villa.

On the ground floor there are two separate airy bedrooms, the first with direct access to the wooden yacht style deck and pool, whilst the other to the garden. The bedrooms have ample wardrobe and storage space.

A shower experience not to forget. The ground floor’s light filled bathroom features stoic marble and stone features, with a WC, spacious hydro massage shower and holistic Cretan toiletries produced locally with organic ingredients.

The impressive master bedroom is hosted on the first floor, with a king size bed, a bathroom with a craftily designed marble paneled en-suite bath tub with Jacuzzi, en-suite shower, a WC and his & hers basins in the same open plan space. The master bedroom also has two writing desks and chairs for those who wish to work or conduct business on their trip, as well as, 42inch LCD TV.

All bedding and linen are of exquisite quality for optimal sleep. Namely Coco-mat mattresses, pillows, duvets and high cotton count linen, towels and bathrobes.

The outdoor areas feature, a private parking area for two cars, the private overflow swimming pool with the yacht style wooden deck extended alongside pool side, sun-beds with side tables, outdoor shower, Barbecue (Weber with accessories) outdoor seating & dining area (6-8) and the marvellous private garden.

Cretan Breakfast is served by chef at the villas’ common outdoor breakfast/dining area, from June 1st to September 30th, daily from Monday to Saturday. Rest period, breakfast can be served by chef, at the villa dining areas, when requested.
