Upon entering Villa Ouranos, you walk into a spacious open plan living area filled with natural sunlight through the window panel doors that lead to the outdoor pool area. This space consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a lounge setting facing the Ionian Sea and the lush green mountain side in the background. On the left-hand side of the living area is the a WC next to the staircase leading to the upper floor.
On the upper floor you’ll find two bedrooms with a shared guest bathroom with shower, and a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower. The master bedroom has a double bed and each of the other rooms has two twin beds which can also be made into doubles. Each of the bedrooms has modern luxury furnishings and balcony access for incredible morning views of the sea.
Villa Ouranos in Ammouso is perfect for both adults and children. The private pool area has a range of seating options to soak up the Greek sun. The unique outdoor lounge is the perfect setting for a Greek afternoon meal and siesta after. You will really enjoy the comfortable sun loungers and of course the luxurious outdoor dining table. The beauty though of Villa Ouranos is the proximity to the sea which will have you going for daily dips in the crystal blue waters of the Ionian Archipelagos.
The position of this private accommodation gives you the convenience waking up in the morning and going down to the sea for a morning dip. You will also find a restaurant and cafe at the nearest beach to the villa which serves coffee, lunch and dinner during the summer.

You can enjoy biking, swimming, snorkeling, kayaking or sup paddling around the Villa area and surrounding sea and beaches. A few minutes walk from the Villa you can find a secret and secluded beautiful beach and the stunning Ammouso Beach with its crystal clear water, beach bar facilities, sunbeds, and tavern. Also located a short drive from Ammouso are the beautiful beached of Agiofilli and Afteli. The village of Marandohori is a few minutes drive from the villa where you will find the local bakery, supermarket and a few taverns. Vasiliki with its beautiful Marina, restaurants, shops and beach with all water sports facilities is a close drive away as is the charming village of Sivota.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
