This villa covers 240m² and it has 3 levels. This villa has the capacity to accommodate up to 10 quests.
Level A is 85m² and includes 3 large nice bedrooms, one bathroom, one living room with TV and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also washing machine. The villa has air-conditioning in every bedroom, living room and the kitchen. Level A is totally independent as it has no inside contact with levels B-C. Outside there are traditional stoned stairs which lead you to the outdoor areas of levels B and C of the villa.
Level B is 100m² and includes a WC, a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave and dishwasher, a large living room with TV and DVD selection, large verandas to enjoy the fantastic view of the sea while having your drink/dinner. There are interior stairs which lead to level C, where you can find 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and also large verandas.
Outside of the villa there is a garden of grass, big trees and nice flowers, parking for your car, private barbeque for steak days and nights and the most important your private swimming pool all day and night in use with external shower as well. So you can have the chance to relax at your holidays and enjoy your privacy and our hospitality!

Pre-booking and Payment Terms
- To secure a reservation, the client must send a signed contract and an advance payment equal to 35% of the total cost for the chosen period of stay. If booking less than 60 days in advance, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation.
- The remaining balance for the rental period must be paid at least 60 days before the stay begins.
- If the client fails to pay the remaining balance by the due date, they will receive a reminder. If there is no response within 7 days, the reservation will be considered invalid, and the advance payment will be kept.
- Once the full amount is received, the client will receive a confirmation document based on the type of rental permit the villa has according to Greek law. This document could be a voucher for key collection at the villa or a contract between the client and the owner. The client will also receive information via email about how to reach the villa, the expected arrival date and time, the person receiving them, and any details regarding airport or port pickup if applicable.
