Spread across two levels, the villa has been thoughtfully laid out to maximize the views and comfort. The upper floor, which also serves as the main entrance, includes four bedrooms, each with its own large balcony. The lower level features a fifth bedroom, the cinema room, a spacious living area, and direct access to the pool and outdoor areas.

The upper floor includes a master bedroom of 18 square meters with a king-size bed, an en-suite shower room, and a freestanding oval designer bathtub. This room opens onto both private and shared balconies through expansive sliding glass doors. Another bedroom of 16 square meters offers a king-size bed (which can be converted into two singles), an en-suite shower room, and access to a private balcony. A third 16 square meter bedroom also features a convertible king-size bed and balcony access. The fourth bedroom includes two double beds and its own private balcony. This level also has a large shared shower room.

Descending the staircase to the lower level, guests arrive at the main living area and the pool terrace. Here, a fifth bedroom of 15 square meters includes a king-size bed, an en-suite shower room, and direct access to the pool and terrace. The living area features large, comfortable seating, a television with satellite channels, and a generous dining table. The modern Italian kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, including a built-in oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, juicer, blender, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, and a central island with bar stools. Additional utility rooms offer more storage, a microwave, a second fridge/freezer, a sink, washing machine, dryer, drying rack, ironing board, and iron.

A large cinema room is located adjacent to the main living space. This versatile area can function as a cinema, conference room, or extra sleeping space with two double sofa beds. It includes a 75-inch flat-screen TV, Netflix, PlayStation 4, Amazon Prime, satellite channels, and a wireless printer.

The ground floor opens onto the expansive pool and outdoor terrace area. The 40 square meter heated infinity pool includes a shallow children's section, a poolside shower, and is lined with anti-slip mosaic tiles. The large outdoor area is beautifully furnished with luxury sun loungers and designer chairs, creating an ideal space for relaxation under the Cretan sun.

An outdoor kitchen and dining area sit adjacent to the pool and are fully equipped with a charcoal barbecue, sink, fridge, and a large dining table under a shaded pergola, which also has a heater for cooler evenings.

Each bedroom is furnished with luxury beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables, and ambient lighting to ensure a comfortable stay. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa and in the outdoor spaces. The property is fully air-conditioned, with individual climate control in each room. A remote-controlled gate provides access to private parking for several vehicles. For families with young children, a baby cot and high chair are available on request. Guests also have access to four bicycles during their stay. Underfloor heating is available throughout the villa if needed.
