The Villa consists of three separate quarters.
The Main House has a large living room with an open dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen separated by a large arched doorway.
The living room follows out in the front main veranda with a beautiful seating area overlooking the orchard and the old well, where you can relax below the breeze of the ceiling fan. Next to it there is a large family style dining table for evening dinners.
On the upper level there are two large bedrooms.
The master bedroom, with a double king size bed, a living area and an en-suite large bathroom, opens out to a front veranda with a stunning view of the orchard. The second bedroom on the same level has a double queen size bed, an en-suite bathroom and also an attic with a sleeping area for two near the wooden roof, the perfect place for kids to stay.
The Front Guesthouse enters into a living room with an open kitchen area. It has one bedroom with a double queen size bed and its own bathroom. The seating area can accommodate one single bed.The Guesthouse is build on the upper level and overlooks the pool. It has an open space inside with a queen size double bed, a seating area and its own bathroom. The bedroom opens to a private side veranda.
Villa Prisila is placed in the midst of a 6 acres orchard with citrus trees. A walk through the property will enchant you with the fragrances of fruits and blossoms.It has its own organic vegetable and fruit garden bringing fresh produce for the guests.
The old well has been repaired and a seating area has been created around it. It makes for a comfortable alfresco dining area, a great place to relish some local wine, cheese and perhaps something freshly grilled on the barbeque. On the other side of the house, the property features a lovely kidney shaped pool where you can rest on the sun lounges.
Located a few minutes drive from the beautiful Chora of Andros in the midst of the Livadia area - Livadia in Greek means meadows.
The surrounding area is filled with hundred year old tall cypress trees, lemon and orange trees, fertile farm lands and fruit orchards.
There is a stream running just outside the property which ebbs out into the sea of Paraporti beach, a 15’ walk away, ideal for swimming.
There is also a taverna on the side of the beach.
