The indoor spaces get articulated over a total area of 350 m2, in an interplay of volume and light. The ground floor consists of 3 ample spaces: the main living room, dining room and the kitchen - secondary living room. At the same floor there is a WC for guests and a twin en suite bedroom. The large staircase leads first to a mezzanine, where one of the double en suite bedroom is located. On the first floor, there are 2 double bedrooms, the master en suite bedroom with walk-in closet and the main bathroom with Jacuzzi. There is also a space equipped with a computer (connected to the internet) that can be used as an office or reading room. Free Wi-Fi access is provided in all parts of the villa.
All 3 bedrooms on the first level enjoy a big balcony towards the sea, whereas the main bathroom has view and access to a large terrace and a roof garden. At the ground level, the indoor areas extend to a spacious terrace with a variety of lounge spaces of different character. It hosts several features, all seamlessly integrated around the house: an infinity pool, green areas with trees and flowers and a BBQ. The lower part of the plot maintains a more natural aspect, with olive trees and other Mediterranean plants. Thus, the villa's privacy is maintained even from the beach level. To access the seaside, a private path within the plot of approximately 30 meters of length that develops along these trees leads to the beach.

Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
