The villa' s owner has managed to combine the traditional with a more modern and a mixture of antiques and rustic decorations, that contribute to create a special sense of warmth and charm.

The numerous sitting and dining areas, each with its own charm, offers an easy flow between outdoors and indoors. The coziest area is the pergola covered lounge and dining room, which is totally shielded from the occasional "meltemia" winds, a perfect spot to view the amazing panoramic sunset, the blue Aegean sea, the town of Mykonos, and a lovely garden with blossomed bougainvilleas.

The pool is projected out of an 8m rock decorated with cactus, on which you may mount and enjoy the view from the embedded benches. The pool is surrounded by a spacious terrace, including a lovely pergola with a superb marble dining table and a built in barbeque. There is an outdoor pool room with shower.

The main house features at the entrance level a living and dining room with sea view, served by a large kitchen, as well as three bedrooms, a room for staff, a second living room a guest WC and a kitchenette. Entrance level:

A small rear patio also leads into indoor dining room, offering a secluded little corner to relax in.

The master bedroom is located on the upper level, enjoying the magical view. It offers a large double bed, wooden floor and ceiling, a walk in wardrobe, an en suite big bathroom, a front viewing study area with internet French doors facing the sunset and access to a nice small terrace.

The other two bedrooms are on the lower level, below the living room. They also have en suite bathrooms, and are enjoying the luxury of a second living room with a beautifully painted antique wooden ceiling, sofa area with a large TV set and DVD and a fully equipped kitchenette.

The second bedroom has a double bed with French doors opening to the large terrace below the pool. The third bedroom enjoys a wooden platform that runs the full length of the room, offering a range of bedding possibilities, from 3 singles to 2 queen size mattresses on request, an ideal bedroom for children/teenagers.

On the same level there is the guests’ WC, a room with two single beds for the staff with en suite bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette.

There is an independent triple guest room/studio, with a separate entrance, located on the same level, a few steps below the swimming pool area, consisting of a king size double bed, a built in single bed, a smartly hidden kitchenette, a dresser and an en suite bathroom.

All these rooms are enriched by the presence of a sunny terrace, with view to the Aegean Sea through a wonderful garden with blossomed bougainvilleas, olive trees and a selection of traditional Greek herbs.
