The villa has been designed with attention to detail. By the time you enter you will instantly note how it faithfully engages to the traditional Cycladic aesthetics with simple lines and wide open terraces offering great views. The vivid colors used in some bedrooms bring up a more joyful dimension breaking the monotony of the white washed walls. At night, the views become mystical, thanks to the carefully selected dim lighting of the outside areas and the lonely position of the villa which combine magically with the starry skies and the moon which rises just in front of it.
The villa is divided in two main volumes while each room has its own entrance offering even more independence to its guests. From the fully equipped and functional kitchen to the cozy living area and the large swimming pool you will definitely want to spend as much in house time as possible with landscaped gardens will make your stay a pleasure. We advise car or bike rental a necessity for this area.
The beautiful sandy beach of Glyfada is located between the beaches of Kastraki and Alyko approximately, 17 kilometers from Naxos Town. The beach is surrounded by big sand dunes on which tall cedar trees have grown over the years. Oskelos Hill is right behind, giving amazing views of the entire bay. Next to the beach there are some excellent Greek taverns serving mostly local food.
The main floor consists of an open plan living area which includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and relaxing sitting area which leads to outdoors. This floor includes a guests bathroom.
The first floor consists of a master bedroom with a queen bed, en suite bathroom and balcony.The semi basement floors have 2 independent apartments and are not adjacent to the main floor. The first apartment has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and en suite bathroom. The second apartment has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and bathroom. The outdoor area consists of a private swimming pool, a dining area, a furnished terrace and outdoor shower. The landscaped gardens form the total rlaxing holiday in conjunction with all Villa Rodakapos has to offer.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
