The first floor features two double bedrooms and one single bedroom served by one bathroom with bathtub. They all have their verandas.The lower ground floor has a second small living room with a kitchen and a dining table for 4 persons, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower.All bedrooms have 32" LED HD TV's, there is air conditioning in the whole villa and High speed Wi-Fi access. The premises are secured with close circuit cctv.
The outside area offers a garden, a bar, private swimming pool and private parking. Villa Sagirius is the perfect Greek holiday destination for anyone seeking an escape from the busy and complicated life routine. Pre-booking and Payment Terms
- To secure a reservation, the client must send a signed contract and an advance payment equal to 35% of the total cost for the chosen period of stay. If booking less than 60 days in advance, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation.
- The remaining balance for the rental period must be paid at least 60 days before the stay begins.
- If the client fails to pay the remaining balance by the due date, they will receive a reminder. If there is no response within 7 days, the reservation will be considered invalid, and the advance payment will be kept.
- Once the full amount is received, the client will receive a confirmation document based on the type of rental permit the villa has according to Greek law. This document could be a voucher for key collection at the villa or a contract between the client and the owner. The client will also receive information via email about how to reach the villa, the expected arrival date and time, the person receiving them, and any details regarding airport or port pickup if applicable.
