Upon entering the villa, you come into the large living space which will take you away with its indoor-outdoor synergy created from the floor-to-ceiling window sliding doors. The space in front of you consists of a spacious lounge and dining setting with selective art pieces that add to the unique character of of the villa. On the far left of the space is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining island, following the local interior design of a past Greek village lifestyle. All this space has the luxury of direct access to the outdoor area of the villa.
Via the internal staircase, you come to the lower ground level where the three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are located. Starting from the left of the hallway are two bedrooms, with the first furnished with a queen-sized bed and the second bedroom acting as the twin bedroom, preferably for children. The last of the three bedrooms to the right of the hallway acts as the master bedroom. The master bedroom with its spacious space breathes comfort with its walk-in and open bathroom basin and shower. Every morning all three bedrooms are filled with the beauty of the Greek sunrise coming through the window sliding doors across the crystal blue waters of the Ionian Archipelagos.
The property boasts an outdoor barefoot luxury experience. The uniquely shaped private pool is furnished with sun loungers that will offer an irresistible temptation to lounge around all day soaking up the Greek summer sun, or seeking shade for a Greek afternoon siesta under its bamboo pergola.
The fully equipped BBQ, conveniently positioned just outside the kitchen and the outdoor dining setting will add to your alfresco moments in the evening with magical views of the endless luxurious yachts slowly mooring into Sivota Bay. BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
