The house is situated in an amphitheatric location in Kato Fellos offering stunning views to the Aegean Sea, serenity and a private swimming pool. The approximately 75 sp. meter Suite is built with natural and environmental-friendly materials and combines the Cycladic with the modern architecture.

Unlike the white washed houses we typically associate with Cycladic architecture,Villa Souve on the Greek island of Andros gently meanders into the landscape. Articulated by stone walls perfectly blending into the hillside’s natural environment that you might miss it from afar.

This brand new breathtaking property is located in Kato Fellos. The Suite has been attentively designed by its owners to the smallest detail to become the dream summerhouse. Offering complete privacy and spectacular sea views. Built with stones in minimal perfection, this luxury comfy Suite offers an aesthetically elevating living experience in spaces that perfectly match design and practicality.

What makes “The Suite” unique is that it has not lost its authenticity, identity and local character through time. Our summer house follows the traditional style and building techniques of the Cycladic Greek islands, while standing out for its distinctive character and unconventional cubic shape. The main focus of the renovation was to rebuilt and maintain the house’s initial character, that of a house that blends in its natural environment. To achieve this, the architect maintained the stone built walls to resemble the “xerolithies”, the low stone retaining walls traditionally used for cultivation purposes. The cubic structure has been divided into two blocks, a main living area and a master bedroom.The Suite hides into the surrounding natural landscape, and blends perfectly between the rocks and the local vegetation.

Also, our new gym is thoughtfully designed to support your fitness journey, even while on vacation.It features a comprehensive range of equipment, including treadmills, elliptical machines, free weights, resistance machines, and more, catering to various fitness preferences such as cardio workouts, strength training, and functional exercises. Located within our villas, our  gym offers a peaceful and private environment, available 24/7, allowing you to work out at your convenience. Additionally, our gym lounge offers  bespoke chef services such as healthy breakfast, dinner and lunch options, energizing coffee blends and refreshing smoothies, enhancing your wellness experience amidst stunning views of the Aegean Sea. If there is interest, all these bespoke services must be ordered in advance  to ensure we can provide the best possible service.

Our location is only a 5 min drive from the sandy beach of Fellos. If you like walking, you can reach the beach in about 20 min by foot. Few meters from the beach of Fellos, at an inner street, is a lovely tavern with delicious dishes. The port town of Andros (Gavrio) is found at 15 min drive and there you can find many restaurants, cafeterias, super market and other shops. At a distance of 20 min drive, you will also find the most beautiful beaches of Andros, including Agios Petros, Kypri and Golden Beach.
