The spacious, natural stone terrace which dominates the front of the property, has a private infinity pool with full width Roman steps from where you can admire the Gramvousa and Spatha peninsulas.
The villa covers 100 m2 in two distinct floors with separate entrances to each one. The wall to wall glazing throughout the property allows sunlight to flood into the living area inviting you to take advantage of the panoramic views from any room.
The entrance to the villa is at the ground floor which opens to a spacious two story high, living room featuring a modern eco-friendly fireplace and many architectural elements. The kitchen area is open plan with stylish and practical wooden work surfaces, top of the range appliances and an informal dining area. There is a guests’ WC/washroom.
At the same level there is the master bedroom with an open plan design featuring a King Size COCO Mat bed and modern bath and climate control.
At the first floor the second bedroom provides a spacious en-suite bathroom with walk-in Spa shower area and large balcony to the front featuring modern wooden wall cladding. It has a double bed (can convert to twin) and climate control. At night, a relaxed and soothing atmosphere can be created with the clever use dimmer lights and colored glass doors in the bedrooms.

The outdoor area is a large factor in the design of the villa with much of the indoor space flowing through to the external space with private balconies and terraces. This prime villa has a large outdoor and pergola shaded lounge area, stylishly furnished with built seating and a dining table.
Complimented by traditional stone walls that blend into the natural environment, carefully chosen endemic shrubs, flowers and trees have been planted in the surrounding gardens to restore the original landscape.
Villa Symbiose is a non-smoking residence except in outdoors areas. No pets are allowed. It has a parking space for two cars.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
