The villa covers 150 m2 in two distinct floors. Throughout the property, there are many large "picture" windows which allow sunlight to flood in and provide panoramic views from any room.
The entrance to the villa is at the ground floor which opens to a spacious and comfortable living room featuring a modern eco-friendly fireplace and many architectural elements. The kitchen area is open plan with stylish and practical “corian” work surfaces, top of the range appliances and an informal dining area.
A free standing metal staircase leads to the master bedroom on the first floor which has a spacious en-suite bathroom with a relaxing Jacuzzi bath, and wall to wall windows providing uninterrupted views of the Aegean Sea. There is a large balcony to the front and access to a unique private outdoor seating space to the side with sea views.
The first floor has a second bedroom accessible through an outdoor staircase around the house. It has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and climate control.
The third bedroom is at the ground floor. It has twin beds which can convert to a double. This bedroom has a separate entrance, with large doors that grant access to the panoramic terrace. It also has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in Spa shower area and climate control.
Villa Thalosina has a spacious, natural stone terrace which dominates the front of the property. The private infinity pool, plastered with a characteristic ciment surface, has full width Roman steps from which you can admire the inspiring views of the Aegean Sea. The outdoor area is a large factor in the design of the villa with much of the indoor space flowing through to the external space through either private balconies or terraces. Cozy yet elegant, the large outdoor dining area hosts a specifically designed pergola that gives you sunshine but also a little shade for hotter parts of the day. The gardens have been thoughtfully planted with endemic shrubs, flowers and trees which are complimented by traditional stone walls that blend into the natural environment.

- Payment Process for Your Stay
To book your stay, you only need to pay 35% of the total amount as an initial deposit. Please note that your reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available for your chosen dates. Once this confirmation is received, our My Greek Villa team will send you an email with all the rental details and clear instructions on how to complete the final payment. - Booking and Payment Policies
Booking: To secure your reservation, a deposit equal to 35% of the total cost of your stay is required. If the booking is made less than 60 days before your arrival date, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation. The reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available. - Balance Payment: The remaining balance for your rental must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of your stay. You will receive a reminder 3 days before the final payment is due, along with a new payment link.
- Final Confirmation: After we receive your full payment, a confirmation document will be sent to you. You will also receive an email with detailed instructions on how to reach the villa, your expected arrival date and time, the person who will greet you, and any necessary information regarding transfer arrangements, if applicable.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit will be requested before your arrival. No deposit is charged during the booking process. If the host needs to claim the deposit, they must provide evidence of any damage, and you will be notified accordingly. The deposit is never taken without prior notification.
