Villa Vito is true to the traditional Mykonian architecture with minimal and modern details. It was built in 2014 and was renovated in 2018. The interior design is thoroughly open plan and bright with cozy living and dining room areas and two adjoining fully equipped kitchens, that will make you feel right at home. Designed with outdoor living in mind, the property boasts a number of furnished verandas, an infinity pool that masterfully blends with the bright blue sky and sea, gas BBQ and shaded pergolas for relaxed summer days and nights.
It can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guest at its spacious 6 bedrooms, 4 of which are en-suite.
The villa is surrounded by rocky hills and the rich Mediterranean herbs, embracing the true spirit of the summer life. An elegant infinity pool accompanied by very spacious terraces with comfortable summer furniture, allows guests to enjoy the Greek sun while pergolas provide refreshing shade. Although located just 10 minutes by car from town, the property is offering serenity, privacy and a stunning scenery.
The villa is divided into three levels
Pool Level: Entrance area, living room (TV, pool view, terrace & pool access), dining area, fully equipped open plan kitchen with direct access to outdoor dining area with BBQ, and a bedroom (seaview) with en suite bathroom.
Upper Level: A master bedroom with en suite bathroom with amazing pool & seaview.
Lower Level: A secondary open-plan kitchen, a living room. Additionally, there are two bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom, two bedrooms with a shared bathroom, a WC and storage rooms. The whole villa (living rooms and bedrooms) is equipped with AC.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
