On the ground floor there is a large open-plan living room with open fire place, dining area and fitted kitchen with all the necessary appliances and WC. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms with bathtub and shower. The villa hosts up to 6 persons in three bedrooms.
The land have been cultivated with loving care and planted with infrequent varieties of trees and plants that tend to disappear from the flora of the island. Five luxurious traditional stone villas were built following the local architecture.
Set in large gardens, with stone walls providing total privacy, the villas do not overlook each other and command superb views above green olive groves, vineyards and dense pinewood to the Adriatic sea. Local craftsmen worked with care and the old traditional way to create an outcome that combines modern comforts with the traditional style of the mountainous village houses.
Stone and pine floors, cypress wood beams, period furniture, stylish wrought-iron dining chairs and bedsteads, lace curtains, art pieces by Karla Gerdau and Asimakis Chanionis, incidental furniture all add to the character of these lovely villas.
Located on the west coast of Zakynthos, few minutes drive from the traditional, mountainous village of Agios Leon. The northwest Zakynthos is green and unspoilt while its coastline, scattered with bays and coves, is offering a dramatic scenery. The little village of Agios Leon and the nearby villages of Lucha and Gyri retain many of the traditions of the island. Port Limnionas, a wonderful natural bay with crystal clear waters exellent for swimming and snorkeling is just 6 kilometres away.
