A king size bed of 2,3m X 2,3m is based in the Master bedrooms, made from the highest quality mattress, sharing the most breathtaking view during day and night.
A 12m glass window just in front of the bedroom allows the guests to wake up and sleep in front of the Aegean infinitive and dive directly into the pool, enjoying the sunset or the sunrise just in front of your eyes.
The bathroom of the master bedroom, with glass all around, a special shower with flowing colorful rainy waters-where you are able to enjoy aromatherapy and special lightning effect- is also sharing the view of the deep big blue.
The living room includes 2 ultra comfortable couches of high quality (2X1,6 each), able to offer an amazing nap to the guests or their children and friends as they can be transformed in the most cozy bed lounge.
A dining area of 14 persons is based in the centre of the villa, so that unforgettable dinners can take place just there.
A fully equipped kitchen with all latest technology machines, such as oven, bbq, a 2 doors fridge, allows a private chef to prepare tasteful Mediterranean flavors.3 curved TVS of the latest technology, a professional sound system, very expensive hand selected kitchen elements and equipment and of course the most professional services are part of this unique experience that cannot be compared with anything else.
A handmade unique bar, decorated with ropes and sea elements, just between the candles, is located in a 100sq.m rocky wall.
2 levels of decks, a 100sq.m veranda is just a step away from the main area. An outdoor dining area for 12 persons is surrounded by hammocks, sun beds, candles and sea elements just next to the pool in front of the breathtaking sunset or sunrise.
A private Jacuzzi with special effects is located at the second private balcony in between the palm trees and the hammock, hanging almost from the sky and reassures that there is no place like that on the island!

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
