Our villa is located in the center of the road, on the south side of the island, 2 km from Panormos and 8 km from the town of Skopelos. Very close to all the beautiful beaches (every 2 km you meet another beach). You can sleep as much as you want without disturbing, walking in nature, enjoying the aromas, sounds, oxygen and freshness of the pine forest as well as the wonderful colors of the sunset.
The house is divided into three independent main volumes located on the same axis, which form an "embrace" open to the good orientation (South), while offering the possibility of a view of the pine forest.
The overall form of the villa is characterized by the existence of three separate volumes, one two-storey and the other two ground floor, offering an interesting oncoplastic structure.
On the ground floor are arranged most of the areas of the villa, the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, the shared bathroom and the two bedrooms with their bathrooms.
One master bedroom elevated next to the kitchen and the other special to welcome people with mobility difficulties next to the living room.
The staircase that is placed next to the kitchen, leads to the floor where the second master bedroom with its bathroom is located, as well as the fourth bedroom of the house with its own bathroom.
All four independent bedrooms have ventilation through many openings that achieve the natural cooling of the spaces during the hot summer months and visual escapes to the open horizon with an emphasis on simplicity.
The long and narrow 12x4m infinity waterfall pool where the water falls into a canal, lined with mosaic and marble, dominates the space, is absolutely impressive and gives the feeling of the endless blue. 350 m2 lawn of which 250m2 is under the pool makes the villa suitable for events related to uniquely special and special moments in your personal life.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
