Set within a 3,000 m² Mediterranean garden, the villas overlook the sparkling waters of the Evian Gulf. Recognized by Interior Design magazine and Andrew Martin (13th edition) as one of the most beautiful luxury villas in the Evia region, Marmaro Resort offers guests refined comfort and elegant design. The villas accommodate up to 18 guests across three distinct, fully furnished, and fully equipped homes. They may be rented individually or in any combination depending on the needs of each guest.

Villa 1 is a tranquil garden-level retreat for two guests. Covering 75 square meters, it includes one bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped family kitchen, and a comfortable lounge area. Wide windows in every room offer views of the garden or the sea. The villa also has its own private veranda and is located adjacent to the resort’s swimming pool.

Villa 2, ideal for seven guests, spans three levels and offers a peaceful, elegant environment. On the upper level, there is one bedroom with a king-size bed and another with two adjacent single beds, each with a private bathroom. The lower level includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a separate room with a sofa bed, as well as two additional bathrooms. The garden level houses the fully equipped kitchen and a spacious lounge. Each room features wide windows with sea or garden views, and the villa includes four private verandas, two overlooking the sea and two with views of the garden and pool. A large terrace with a marble table, built-in sofa, and outdoor kitchenette makes for an ideal setting to enjoy sunset cocktails over the Evian Gulf.

Villa 3 is the largest of the three, accommodating up to nine guests in a three-level maisonette. The upper level has one bedroom with a king-size bed and another with two adjacent single beds, both with ensuite bathrooms. On the lower level, guests will find two more bedrooms with adjacent single beds, a separate room with a sofa bed, and two bathrooms. The kitchen and lounge are on the garden level. Like Villa 2, this villa also offers sea or garden views from every room, four private verandas, and a terrace overlooking the gulf.

All guests of the resort share access to the outdoor facilities, which include a swimming pool with water massage, a poolside dining area with a 14-seat table, a BBQ, a pool bar, and shaded seating areas with loungers, umbrellas, and fans. The property also includes a garden WC with indoor and outdoor showers, an indoor and outdoor sound system, and a kayak. The Mediterranean garden is filled with olive trees, lavender, rosemary, geraniums, and other local plants, creating a peaceful and aromatic atmosphere.
