There are two outdoor lounges, one facing the east with a table and seating area, suitable for receiving breakfast and resting in the afternoon under the shade. One facing the west under the main pergola, with a large table, outdoor sofa, chaise lounges and barbecue area.
Villas Sudes has an outdoor swimming pool. All rooms have private bathrooms and entrances, air conditioning, heating, private veranda with pergola, desk area. Each veranda has a seating area with two armchairs and a small table. The bathrooms have showers. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, induction cooking top, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing mashing with dryer, ironing board.,Living room area has a large sofa, two lounge armchairs, TV and sound system.
The villa of 220sqm is located at the south-west part of the island of Naxos, in the area called Oskelos – Kastraki, 15 km on the main street from Naxos town. You can arrive using the local transportation from the port of Naxos, or with your own vehicle following the main street that leads to the villages Glinado, Vivlos, Mikri Vigla and Kastraki.
Kastraki beach is a long approximately 3 km sandy beach, still untouched, with turquoise waters. This beach has safe waters and is perfect for sunbathing, swimming and long beach walks. Here you can enjoy one of the most romantic and majestic sunsets on the island with the sun setting behind the mountains of Paros Island.
The area is ideal for relaxing, walking, jogging, mountain biking, yoga, windsurf, kite surf, swimming, snorkeling or just as the base for your daily excursions to the rest of the beautiful places of Naxos. Between Kastraki and the adjacent Glyfada beach is the recently opened Naxos Kite Surf.
Heading more to the south part of the island you can reach a number of remote, unspoiled and stunning beaches like Alyko, Hawaii and Pyrgaki. The unique Cedar Forest at Alyko is an environmentally protected area with marvellous sand dunes that spread all over the area and create an exotic landscape!

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
