Sisi is a lovely little port surrounded by the beach, local fish taverns and a few authentic bars. It is much different than the neighboring Malia, at 3 km, and nearby Hersonissos, with the thousands of tourists and hundreds of bars and clubs that bring a hectic atmosphere. In the village of Sisi life flows in an easy and calm pace so typical for this beautiful Greek island.
Villa Atrena has been built to the highest standards with no expenses spared. The villa extends over 270m2 at three levels accommodating up to 11 persons in 5 bedrooms served by 3 bathrooms.
On the lower ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 room with 3 single beds, served by 1 large bathroom with bath and shower.
The ground floor consists of a comfortable living and dining area with an open plan kitchen, a large dining table for 12, a 3 seat sofa, a 2 seat sofa, big lounge chair, coffee table, TV plasma with satellite, DVD, CD/radio. Free Wi-Fi Internet is available in the whole villa. All the rooms are air conditioned.
The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, extractor, hood, sink, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker and a full range of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.
There are two outside terraces where you will find a dining table for 12 persons and a lounge set.
On the upper floor you find 2 large double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom in each and a large private terrace.
Outside there is a wonderful garden with a large swimming pool (60m2), a Pool bar, Big BBQ, Professional fridge, Dining area for 12, lounges, a large garage (20m2). The villa is equipped with a washing machine and an iron/ironing board. Cot and high chair are available. The villa is secured with alarm system. Children are welcomed and pets considered after consultation.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS

Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
