Within 3 km you can reach the famous Ornos beach, ideal for families as well as for large groups of friends.Other famous beaches of the island like Psarou where the worldwide famous beach bar restaurant Nammos is, Paraga where the famous beach bar restaurant Scorpios is, Panormos where the Principote is, Tropicana beach bar etc are only 6-10 km driving away.
Mykonos airport is about 6 km away, while the port is 9 km approximately. A transfer to/from the airport or port can be arranged from our team. Guests will be met at the Villa to proceed with the check-in and collect the keys. We do accomodate early check-in subject to availability.The Villa Manager is on call anytime for whatever you might need. Two simple concepts design the villa’s outdoor areas where comfort and spaces reign supreme throughout mixed with a generous use of pergolas and natural stone. A lounge area with a large wooden dinner table are featured on the ample front terrace of the pool area, boasting sensational views and a relaxing ambience.Breathtaking views of Mykonos town, Tinos, Baos and Delos island from the pool area creates a magical scenery for relaxation (meditation and yoga activities), but also this area can easily host a well-organized private party event.An outside built-in bar corner and a BBQ area are next to the pool.
Indoors offers an excellent choice of accommodation at facilities distinguished by the right colors, elegant decoration and beautiful touches of the well known Cycladic Art and Architecture. A great use of marble that covers all the floor area of the building, combined with the mykonian wooden roof, providing an imposing atmosphere that fits perfectly with original artwork and design furniture. Upon entering the property one is greeted by the indoor living space dominated by the sober living room which is complemented by a charming TV area with a built in fireplace and an indoor dining area leading onto the property’s kitchen.
The 3 floor building sleeps 16 persons in 7 bedrooms and a secondary living room space, 5 of them with sea view. It also has 6 en-suite & 1/2 bathrooms and all necessary amenities (Wi-Fi internet, TV, A.C in all bdrs, a fully equipped kitchen).
Ground level consists of 4 bedrooms, 4 & 1/2 bathrooms, living room with dining area and the kitchen area. First level consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room inside with a big sofa. Second level consists of 1 bedroom and a bathroom.

BOEKINGS- & BETALINGSVOORWAARDEN
Begin met het kiezen van een villa uit onze zorgvuldig samengestelde collectie. U kunt online boeken of rechtstreeks contact opnemen met één van onze reisadviseurs voor persoonlijk advies en aanbevelingen op maat. Zodra de beschikbaarheid is bevestigd, ontvangt u de boekingsgegevens en voorwaarden ter goedkeuring.
Uw reservering is definitief na ontvangst van de aanbetaling. Vanaf dat moment neemt ons toegewijde conciërgeteam het over en regelt alle gewenste services en persoonlijke details om uw verblijf van begin tot eind perfect te maken.
Om uw reservering te bevestigen, dient een aanbetaling te worden voldaan binnen 3 werkdagen na ondertekening van het contract.
Het resterende bedrag dient uiterlijk twee maanden voor aanvang van de huurperiode te worden betaald, zodat u met een gerust hart uw verblijf kunt plannen.
Voor aankomst wordt een borg gevraagd ter dekking van eventuele schade tijdens uw verblijf. Het exacte bedrag staat vermeld in uw huurcontract en kan op elk moment vóór de boeking door uw adviseur worden meegedeeld.
Mocht er in uitzonderlijke gevallen sprake zijn van schade of vervanging, dan wordt de borg gebruikt op basis van bewijs geleverd door de eigenaar. Er wordt nooit een bedrag ingehouden zonder een grondige inspectie en volledige transparantie.
Bij annulering meer dan 60 dagen voor aankomst is de aanbetaling van 35 % niet restitueerbaar.
Bij annulering minder dan 60 dagen voor aankomst, indien de volledige betaling reeds is voldaan (8 weken voor aankomst), of bij no-show of voortijdig vertrek, wordt 100 % van de huursom in rekening gebracht.
