The View Villas has balcony or veranda so that you can enjoy the marvelous view of the sea, the garden and to the mountain too. The house is ideal for families with children given that it has a total surface of 120 m² and consists of two floors; on the ground floor, there is a living room with comfortable sofas, a dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen. On the first floor, there is a master bedroom with a king-size bed, one bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds. Also there is a second bathroom.
Various facilities are included such as flat-screen TV with satellite channels, washing machine, kitchen with home appliances, balcony, air condition, ceiling fans, DVD player, free Wi-Fi, parking lot for two cars, etc.
The villa can accommodate up to 6 people, but if you want to invite your friends too, there is a Guesthouse next to it. This Guesthouse is completely autonomous providing its own entrance, a bathroom, a double bed, air conditioning, TV, fridge, and it can accommodate two additional guests.
Take advantage of the big, furnished terraces and relax any time of the day,enjoy your favorite TV shows on our TVs with access to various satellite channels, enjoying free wi-fi and of course free parking. The kitchen rooms are fully equipped and functional (with dishwasher and refrigerator) so that you can prepare your meals. Cut fresh salads from our vegetable garden and eat fresh eggs from our henhouse. Even in winter, our villas are suitably designed to match the winter scenery. Chill out in front of the fireplace over a coffee or a drink in the serenity of the area.
However, the biggest attraction of the Villa complex is no other than the vast, virgin beach of Trani Ammouda, just a few yards from the garden of the resort. Our guests can enjoy free umbrellas and beach chairs throughout the day, beach volley court, as well as sea canoe.
Pet friendly* villas where pets are housed in a specially designed area, with a maximum weight of 5 kg. The care and attention of the animals lies on the exclusive civil and legal responsibility of their owners. It is forbidden to let dogs on the beach in front of the villas.
The Villas are located in the bay of Trani Ammouda (Livorhio) just 10 meters from our beautiful private beach. The blue-green, clear waters along with its golden sands have brought it out to one of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia, Halkidiki. Our location is ideal for families as it combines easy and close access to the beach while giving you the opportunity to explore the surrounding area as well.
At a distance of 1000m, you will find the small harbor of Ornos Panagias where you can eat fresh fish at the local taverns, whereas you should not miss the chance to take a tour with one of our boats around Mount Athos.

BOEKINGS- & BETALINGSVOORWAARDEN
Begin met het kiezen van een villa uit onze zorgvuldig samengestelde collectie. U kunt online boeken of rechtstreeks contact opnemen met één van onze reisadviseurs voor persoonlijk advies en aanbevelingen op maat. Zodra de beschikbaarheid is bevestigd, ontvangt u de boekingsgegevens en voorwaarden ter goedkeuring.
Uw reservering is definitief na ontvangst van de aanbetaling. Vanaf dat moment neemt ons toegewijde conciërgeteam het over en regelt alle gewenste services en persoonlijke details om uw verblijf van begin tot eind perfect te maken.
Om uw reservering te bevestigen, dient een aanbetaling te worden voldaan binnen 3 werkdagen na ondertekening van het contract.
Het resterende bedrag dient uiterlijk twee maanden voor aanvang van de huurperiode te worden betaald, zodat u met een gerust hart uw verblijf kunt plannen.
Voor aankomst wordt een borg gevraagd ter dekking van eventuele schade tijdens uw verblijf. Het exacte bedrag staat vermeld in uw huurcontract en kan op elk moment vóór de boeking door uw adviseur worden meegedeeld.
Mocht er in uitzonderlijke gevallen sprake zijn van schade of vervanging, dan wordt de borg gebruikt op basis van bewijs geleverd door de eigenaar. Er wordt nooit een bedrag ingehouden zonder een grondige inspectie en volledige transparantie.
Bij annulering meer dan 60 dagen voor aankomst is de aanbetaling van 35 % niet restitueerbaar.
Bij annulering minder dan 60 dagen voor aankomst, indien de volledige betaling reeds is voldaan (8 weken voor aankomst), of bij no-show of voortijdig vertrek, wordt 100 % van de huursom in rekening gebracht.
