Indoor Facilities: Villa Ambrine is a two-story villa consisting of four bedrooms, three of them on the first floor all with king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom on the ground floor has twin beds (that can be converted into a king size upon request in advance) and an ensuite bathroom. The bedroom & the bathroom on the ground floor are suitable for guests with mobility needs. On the ground floor, there is a shared WC suitable for all the guests.

Entering the villa on the ground floor you will find a spacious open area witha fully equipped contemporary kitchen that has branded appliances and facilities, making holiday cooking a most pleasurable experience. The large windows create the illusion of transparency and provide a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas. From every corner of the villa, the sea view is stunning!
Outdoor facilities: Welcome to Paradise where the pool water meets the endless blue of the sea creating a magical scenery! Is there a better place for you during summer vacation rather than lying by the pool and having your tanning session? The swimming pool with a child session and the lounge space with a firepit make the ideal spot to relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset. Pretty close to the pool area exists a well-organized barbeque area with a dining table and a gas BBQ, Around the villa there are many plants and trees. A parking space for 5 cars is available for all the guests.

- Betalingsproces voor uw verblijf

Zodra deze bevestiging is verkregen, stuurt ons My Greek Villa-team u een e-mail met alle details van de huur en duidelijke instructies om de laatste betaling te doen. - Boekings- en betalingsbeleid
Boeking: Om uw reservering te garanderen, is een aanbetaling van 35% van de totale kosten van uw verblijf vereist. Als de reservering minder dan 60 dagen voor uw aankomstdatum wordt gemaakt, moet het volledige bedrag worden betaald om de reservering te bevestigen. De reservering wordt pas bevestigd na een periode van 24 uur, waarin we de goedkeuring van de eigenaar zullen vragen om ervoor te zorgen dat de villa beschikbaar is. - Restantbetaling: Het resterende saldo voor uw reservatie moet uiterlijk 60 dagen voor aanvang van uw verblijf worden betaald. U ontvangt 3 dagen voor de restbetaling een herinnering met een nieuwe betaallink.
- Definitieve bevestiging: Nadat wij uw volledige betaling hebben ontvangen, ontvangt u een bevestigingsdocument. U ontvangt ook een e-mail met gedetailleerde instructies over hoe u de villa kunt bereiken, uw verwachte aankomstdatum en -tijd, de persoon die u zal begroeten en, indien van toepassing, alle nodige informatie over transferregelingen.
- Waarborg: Een waarborg wordt gevraagd voor uw aankomst. Er wordt geen aanbetaling in rekening gebracht tijdens het boekingsproces. Als de verhuurder de waarborg moet claimen, moet hij bewijs leveren van eventuele schade en wordt u hiervan op de hoogte gebracht. De aanbetaling wordt nooit gedaan zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving.
