The Villas provide stunning architectural design, both contemporary and minimalistic with each villa built to match the natural surrounding landscape without compromising in luxury or comfort. The entire complex consists of six private villas each with its own individual identity.
The implementation of natural rocks and built-in lagoons create a truly amazing surrounding compound resembling a five-star property.
Although our villas are individually designed to accommodate from couples to families of 6, and they all offer the same comfort and amenities, like private swimming pools, heated whirlpools, large terraces with internal and external dining areas. Individual A/C, satellite TV, Netflix, PS4 consoles, iPad, full size equipped and stocked kitchens and full automation for
some. The villas offers an experience unlike anything else on the island simply because they were specifically designed with the guests needs in mind.
Welcome to the first of our three-floor villa, being the tallest building in the area this house offers amazing panoramic view from all bedrooms, as each one overlookes the majestic Aegean sea and the surrounding unique landscape.
The entire villa is themed in a contemporary industrial style, showcasing concrete ceilings, metal fixtures and stoned grey tiles. This villa offers 3 separate bedrooms each with a king size bed that can accommodate comfortably up to 6 guests.
On the ground floor you will find a full size, fully equipped and stocked kitchen for all your culinary adventures there’s an interior dinning area able to accommodate comfortably up to eight guests as well as a lounge area and a guest bathroom. On the exterior and at the spacious terrace you’ll find your large private swimming pool and the individual heated jacuzzi. There’s also a pergola with a dining table for your morning coffee or your late-night dinner in total isolation and privacy. Going up on the first floor you’ll find two large bedrooms, each with a king size bed, a hallway with a large closet and an oversized bathroom with twin sinks and a walk in shower. On the top floor there’s our beautiful penthouse suite with its own.

BOEKINGS- & BETALINGSVOORWAARDEN
Begin met het kiezen van een villa uit onze zorgvuldig samengestelde collectie. U kunt online boeken of rechtstreeks contact opnemen met één van onze reisadviseurs voor persoonlijk advies en aanbevelingen op maat. Zodra de beschikbaarheid is bevestigd, ontvangt u de boekingsgegevens en voorwaarden ter goedkeuring.
Uw reservering is definitief na ontvangst van de aanbetaling. Vanaf dat moment neemt ons toegewijde conciërgeteam het over en regelt alle gewenste services en persoonlijke details om uw verblijf van begin tot eind perfect te maken.
Om uw reservering te bevestigen, dient een aanbetaling te worden voldaan binnen 3 werkdagen na ondertekening van het contract.
Het resterende bedrag dient uiterlijk twee maanden voor aanvang van de huurperiode te worden betaald, zodat u met een gerust hart uw verblijf kunt plannen.
Voor aankomst wordt een borg gevraagd ter dekking van eventuele schade tijdens uw verblijf. Het exacte bedrag staat vermeld in uw huurcontract en kan op elk moment vóór de boeking door uw adviseur worden meegedeeld.
Mocht er in uitzonderlijke gevallen sprake zijn van schade of vervanging, dan wordt de borg gebruikt op basis van bewijs geleverd door de eigenaar. Er wordt nooit een bedrag ingehouden zonder een grondige inspectie en volledige transparantie.
Bij annulering meer dan 60 dagen voor aankomst is de aanbetaling van 35 % niet restitueerbaar.
Bij annulering minder dan 60 dagen voor aankomst, indien de volledige betaling reeds is voldaan (8 weken voor aankomst), of bij no-show of voortijdig vertrek, wordt 100 % van de huursom in rekening gebracht.
