The ground floor level has a fully equipped stylish modern kitchen (refrigerator, deep freezer, ceramic stove, dishwasher, top grade appliances - toaster, kettle, coffee machine, kitchenware etc - dining table area). A cozy lounge/sitting area facing a warm and snug fireplace, a flat screen TV & wi-fi. Ground floor also includes a bedroom with two single beds - 0.90 x 2m each, a bathroom with a hydro-massage shower and a normal shower, a washing machine and clothes dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and bathroom amenities. The superb quality satin bed linen, fluffy cotton towels and extra hypoallergenic pillows are incomparable luxury comfort.
First floor has three bedrooms and a very cozy hot tub Jacuzzi. Bedroom one has a 1.20m x 2.00 m bed. Bedrooms two and three have each a double bed 1.60m x 2.00m. All rooms have a window or a balcony, wardrobes, air conditioning/heating, mosquito protection nets and the well known highest of qualities Dunlopillo mattresses and pillows.
The Ground floor's balcony doors open to a veranda that lead to a private eco swimming pool where a very inviting Jacuzzi awaits and.... to a charming waterfall! Sun beds with comfortable mattress, outdoor furniture, a shower and pergola sunshade are also the elements to perfect relaxation! The Viconte villa can sleep up to 8 adults and provides the perfect setting for special celebrations such as landmark birthdays, wedding anniversaries and actual unforgettable weddings.
A quiet and hospitable village with the best taverns in the area and a traditional bakery located only 6 km. from the capital of the island. The location is ideal as it is only 12 km away. from the airport, 5 km from the harbor. Also, within a short distance are various beaches, supermarkets, gas stations, monasteries and nature trails. The location is ideal for families, couples and groups of friends that wish to stay close to nature .The city centre is not far with distances to shops , supermarkets, beaches and restaurants being only 10 - 20 minutes away by car.
The village inhabitants are kind and very friendly people, beautiful old traditional houses, picturesque narrow alleys, small churches, a quaint town square with a kiosk and a Greek tavern/café, an amazing bakery with all sorts of treats and two of the finest restaurants on the island - both having genuine expressions of the local cuisine using only top ingredients from the very best local suppliers.

BOEKINGS- & BETALINGSVOORWAARDEN
Begin met het kiezen van een villa uit onze zorgvuldig samengestelde collectie. U kunt online boeken of rechtstreeks contact opnemen met één van onze reisadviseurs voor persoonlijk advies en aanbevelingen op maat. Zodra de beschikbaarheid is bevestigd, ontvangt u de boekingsgegevens en voorwaarden ter goedkeuring.
Uw reservering is definitief na ontvangst van de aanbetaling. Vanaf dat moment neemt ons toegewijde conciërgeteam het over en regelt alle gewenste services en persoonlijke details om uw verblijf van begin tot eind perfect te maken.
Om uw reservering te bevestigen, dient een aanbetaling te worden voldaan binnen 3 werkdagen na ondertekening van het contract.
Het resterende bedrag dient uiterlijk twee maanden voor aanvang van de huurperiode te worden betaald, zodat u met een gerust hart uw verblijf kunt plannen.
Voor aankomst wordt een borg gevraagd ter dekking van eventuele schade tijdens uw verblijf. Het exacte bedrag staat vermeld in uw huurcontract en kan op elk moment vóór de boeking door uw adviseur worden meegedeeld.
Mocht er in uitzonderlijke gevallen sprake zijn van schade of vervanging, dan wordt de borg gebruikt op basis van bewijs geleverd door de eigenaar. Er wordt nooit een bedrag ingehouden zonder een grondige inspectie en volledige transparantie.
Bij annulering meer dan 60 dagen voor aankomst is de aanbetaling van 35 % niet restitueerbaar.
Bij annulering minder dan 60 dagen voor aankomst, indien de volledige betaling reeds is voldaan (8 weken voor aankomst), of bij no-show of voortijdig vertrek, wordt 100 % van de huursom in rekening gebracht.
