Accommodation at Villa Sohan is arranged over three floors. The ground floor is given to the bright open plan living room, a kitchen looking out over a large terrace, the pool and the sea and one of the four bedrooms. Stairs lead up to the most beautiful second living room with stone walls, the second kitchen and two bedrooms. All have access to large shaded terraces overlooking the Saronic sea. On the second floor is the lovely en-suite bedroom with panoramic 360’ views.
Outdoor life at this villa takes place on the sea-facing side of the house, where the stunning views look across the azure waters of the Saronic.
Large sliding doors open out to the gardens. An expanse of terrace provides ample space for a shady dining area. Where the terrace ends, the emerald lawns begin and immersed at the center of the green oasis is the tempting sea-water pool. Wrapping around all this is a wide variety of flourishing plants.Towards the side of the house are the grill house and the second dining area.A beautiful built lounge area takes center stage in front of the endless blue and the pool, creating an atmosphere of relaxation for warm family gatherings.
Sohan Villa is surrounded by numerous idyllic, secluded bays with clear blue waters. Furthermore a small bay, on a smooth rock is accessible via private pathways in front of the residence.
The location of Villa Sohan, at close distance from a multitude of spots, is ideal for a number of artistic, cultural, cosmopolitan or adventurous experiences.
Saronic islands, the picturesque town of Nafplio or Athens, which is just 1,5h away, to the priceless historical sites of Greece or a guided tour in one of the leading wineries , one can choose among a wide variety of unique experiences

BOEKINGS- & BETALINGSVOORWAARDEN
Begin met het kiezen van een villa uit onze zorgvuldig samengestelde collectie. U kunt online boeken of rechtstreeks contact opnemen met één van onze reisadviseurs voor persoonlijk advies en aanbevelingen op maat. Zodra de beschikbaarheid is bevestigd, ontvangt u de boekingsgegevens en voorwaarden ter goedkeuring.
Uw reservering is definitief na ontvangst van de aanbetaling. Vanaf dat moment neemt ons toegewijde conciërgeteam het over en regelt alle gewenste services en persoonlijke details om uw verblijf van begin tot eind perfect te maken.
Om uw reservering te bevestigen, dient een aanbetaling te worden voldaan binnen 3 werkdagen na ondertekening van het contract.
Het resterende bedrag dient uiterlijk twee maanden voor aanvang van de huurperiode te worden betaald, zodat u met een gerust hart uw verblijf kunt plannen.
Voor aankomst wordt een borg gevraagd ter dekking van eventuele schade tijdens uw verblijf. Het exacte bedrag staat vermeld in uw huurcontract en kan op elk moment vóór de boeking door uw adviseur worden meegedeeld.
Mocht er in uitzonderlijke gevallen sprake zijn van schade of vervanging, dan wordt de borg gebruikt op basis van bewijs geleverd door de eigenaar. Er wordt nooit een bedrag ingehouden zonder een grondige inspectie en volledige transparantie.
Bij annulering meer dan 60 dagen voor aankomst is de aanbetaling van 35 % niet restitueerbaar.
Bij annulering minder dan 60 dagen voor aankomst, indien de volledige betaling reeds is voldaan (8 weken voor aankomst), of bij no-show of voortijdig vertrek, wordt 100 % van de huursom in rekening gebracht.
