Indoor Facilities: Villa Ambrine is a two-story villa consisting of four bedrooms, three of them on the first floor all with king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom on the ground floor has twin beds (that can be converted into a king size upon request in advance) and an ensuite bathroom. The bedroom & the bathroom on the ground floor are suitable for guests with mobility needs. On the ground floor, there is a shared WC suitable for all the guests.

Entering the villa on the ground floor you will find a spacious open area witha fully equipped contemporary kitchen that has branded appliances and facilities, making holiday cooking a most pleasurable experience. The large windows create the illusion of transparency and provide a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas. From every corner of the villa, the sea view is stunning!
Outdoor facilities: Welcome to Paradise where the pool water meets the endless blue of the sea creating a magical scenery! Is there a better place for you during summer vacation rather than lying by the pool and having your tanning session? The swimming pool with a child session and the lounge space with a firepit make the ideal spot to relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset. Pretty close to the pool area exists a well-organized barbeque area with a dining table and a gas BBQ, Around the villa there are many plants and trees. A parking space for 5 cars is available for all the guests.
The villa is situated at a very idyllic point and nothing can interrupt the magical views of the Cretan sea and mountains.
Heated pool amenity will be available starting from 28/3/2026 (provided free during the low and mid seasons, and paid during the high season).

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
