The Master Bedroom is 25 sqm, and it includes a Jacuzzi bathtub surrounded by black Italian pebble, a double built wash-basin and a WC inside the bedroom, being separated only by a crystal sandblast door. Accessories included: double mirrors above washbasins, wall magnifying mirror, hair-drier, bathrobes, towels for body, face and hands.There is also a big wardrobe with black crystal sliding mirror doors. The bedroom is created with high style decoration. A chandelier in combination with many spot lights the bedroom. There is an air conditioning system (refrigeration- heating).The balcony door leads to a garden with grass where there is a table and chairs for the residents to lie on and enjoy the sea view and also the view of Skiathos town.

The other two bedrooms of 15 sqm, are equally beautiful and created and decorated in the same style. They both have air conditioning system and one of them has access to the garden and the other works as an auxiliary.

The bathroom is big and spacious, walls are manufactured with an island blue style and the floor is made of white Greek pebble. The wash-basin is built and there is a big mirror above it. There’s lighting with many spots and the shower tub is double with a built seat dressed in mosaic tiles so that 2 people can take a shower at the same time if desired.

There is also a wall socket for electric accessories and a hair-drier is also available as well as all kinds of towels (for body, face and hands).The open living room of 50 sqm shares the same room with the kitchen and the dining room and has a modern built fireplace internally covered with cast iron.

The balcony doors and windows with blinds and roll-up curtains of high style decoration, hide the spectacular view of the sea and the private swimming pool of the villa, and lead to a 50-80 sqm balcony with furniture of the same style as the rest of the complex.

The living room has got an air conditioning system (refrigeration- heating), a 33-inch plasma TV, CD, DVD, Mp3 player.

An Italian-design and origin kitchen equipped with all household electronic appliances (fridge-freezer, oven, ceramic hob and an extractor hood) as well as smaller electric devices (kettle, toasters, multimixer).

There is a kitchen island with leather stools.The villa also offers an iron and an iron board enabling you to give your clothes an extra care whenever needed. For resting and sunbathing at the same time with gazing at the sea.A sandy beach, awarded with Blue Flag, is located in front of our 6 Villas Complex. Access is easy and it is done through a private passage. The beach offers endless moments of relaxing and sunbathing with an incredible view.

Next to the Complex there is a water sports center for all the fans or for those who would like to rent a boat and visit the magnificent small islands which are exactly opposite to us with their amazing beaches and their blue water seas. The new 25 meters floating platform on the beachfront accommodate our customers which arrives by sea with their own boat. The disembarkation and embarkation to and from the beach is extremely smoothly without having to get in contact with the sea.There is always help from an experienced person on the floating platform mooring your boat during the night.
