For your comfort & enjoyment we offer a free-of-charge housekeeping service on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays.
This three-level luxurious villa offers all modern comforts and entertainment options that will make your stay in Athens memorable.

Ground Floor:
Composed of a lounge with a grand piano, a dining area, a spacious kitchen and a WC.
The lounge leads straight out to the private swimming pool area, where you will find sun beds, umbrellas, a big table and plenty of garden space.

First Floor:
Composed of 4 bedrooms & 1 play room (with home cinema installations).
-Master bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom, dressing room, fire place, and private balcony overlooking the pool.
-Second Master bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom.
-Two double rooms with a shared balcony and bathroom.

Second Floor:
Composed of a shiny spacious lounge, a dining area, a cozy kitchen and two nicely decorated bedrooms that share a balcony.

Third Floor:
Top floor of Villa Stefgadi is unavailable. Last floor apartment is totally secluded, with a different entrance and exit door (back street).

Basement with windows:

The 7th bedroom  includes a double bunk bed on the top and a single bed on the bottom. This bedroom is in a 45m2 basement with its own living room, small kitchen and small bathroom with a shower. An extra bathroom and shower is right door.

Villa Stegadi is also equipped with a home-cinema to watch your DVDs, Cable TV with international channels, a computer and high speed Wi-Fi. Other facilities include a sauna, a billiards room, a recreation room (with a treadmill and a mini-football table) and a cava.

There are plenty of sandy organized beaches in Glyfada, Voula, Kavouri  & Vouliagmeni,  just a few minutes drive away.
There is plenty of parking space outside the Villa.
