Rosea villa offer private parking, a private pool and a private garden, a fully-equipped kitchen, and provide cleaning services and food delivery.

Each Premium 3 Bedroom Private-Pool Villa can comfortably accommodate up to eight people. Designed with high-aesthetics and Art Deco elements, the villas offer one open plan ground floor consisting of a spacious living room area, a fully-equipped modern kitchen, a double bedroom, and a shower bathroom. In every room, there is either an a/c or a ceiling fan.
There is direct access to the outdoor seating area and your comfortable outdoor dining area from the ground floor so you would dine facing the Aegean Sea. Right next to it you will find your private pool and your comfortable build-in sofas with Moroccan pillows, shades-equipped for serene moments. The outdoor area also provides an outdoor shower with hot water. Enjoy a coffee or a cocktail in your private garden, which is filled with all kinds of Mediterranean aromas.
On the first floor, you will find a luxury 30 sq.m. master suite, consisting of a queen-size bed and a comfortable living room with a double sofa-bed. You will also find one more double bedroom with a queen-size bed and a shower bathroom. What’s more, the first floor consists of two large terraces with a sweeping sea view.
Be enchanted by the sun rising above the Aegean Sea and get carried away with the sun setting over Mount Olympus.
Just a 7-minute walk away you will find the wonderful Fourka Beach where you can enjoy your swim in the clear blue waters of Halkidiki. The nearest airport is Thessaloniki Airport, at 91 km. from the Villas. With an additional charge, a shuttle service to / from the airport is offered.

Votre réservation est confirmée dès réception de l’acompte. À partir de ce moment, notre équipe de conciergerie dédiée prend le relais pour organiser tous les services demandés et personnaliser votre séjour afin de le rendre exceptionnel du début à la fin.
Afin de garantir votre réservation, un acompte doit être versé dans un délai de 3 jours ouvrés après la signature de votre contrat.
Le solde restant est à régler au plus tard deux mois avant le début de votre période de location, vous offrant ainsi flexibilité et tranquillité d’esprit dans la préparation de votre séjour.
Avant votre arrivée, un dépôt de garantie sera demandé afin de couvrir d’éventuels dommages durant votre séjour. Le montant exact sera indiqué dans votre contrat de location et peut être communiqué à tout moment par votre conseiller avant la réservation.
Dans le cas peu probable où des réparations ou remplacements seraient nécessaires, le dépôt sera utilisé sur la base de preuves fournies par le propriétaire. Aucun montant ne sera retenu sans inspection complète et en toute transparence.
Pour toute annulation effectuée plus de 60 jours avant votre arrivée, l’acompte de 35 % n’est pas remboursable.
Pour toute annulation effectuée moins de 60 jours avant votre arrivée, si le paiement total a déjà été effectué (8 semaines avant l’arrivée), ou en cas de non-présentation ou de départ anticipé, 100 % du montant de la location sera facturé.
