Our three, main accommodation buildings are located at the lower part of our premises. The tennis court and swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds are towards the back, set amidst our gracious Olive trees and away from it all for the exclusive use of our clients. The main entrance is literally a stone’s throw from the water’s edge. It is a combination of studios, apartments and rooms. Our stunning view across the harbour entrance and the Aegean Sea beyond will relax and rejuvenate you. The pine-covered slopes of mount ‘Palouki’ tower over our premises, creating the perfect combination of Green on Blue.
Two brand new apartments have been lovingly constructed at the very top of the complex. These two new units are nestled on top of our rich Olive grove and gardens and just a few steps above Karle’s swimming pool. Indulge yourselves in the majestic views of Skopelos town and the sea beyond. Enjoy countless hours of relaxation by the pool while taking advantage of your very own lounge area.
It is on two floors and accommodates 6 – 9 people. It has 3 separate bedrooms, living room with kitchen area and 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub. The villa can be divided in 3 units, one big apartment on the top floor and 2 separate studios on the ground floor.
One apartment for 2 adults and 3 children. It consists of a large separate bedroom with a terrace which has stunning view of the sea, a living room with one sofa bed and kitchen in the same area, a mezzanine which can accommodate 2 persons, plus another veranda with sea view and a separate bathroom with shower. 2 studios for 2 persons each . Every studio has kitchen area, separate bathroom (one of them with bathtub), and a ramp for a wheel chair. Both of the studios have terraces with sea views.
The distance from the main port area to Karle Apartments is only 700 meters of flat coastal road, (10 min. walk). If you’re travelling light, you can take advantage of this beautiful route by the sea and easily reach the entrance of our premises. Follow the coastal road by taking a left from the port exit gate.
Keep walking along this road until you reach our main entrance by the sea. This way you will get a first glimpse of our estate and get oriented with the path leading to the Tennis Court and swimming pool If you’re staying in one of the two new apartments: Walk through our premises and pass the main 3 apartment buildings. Follow the path to the Tennis Court and the swimming pool. You will reach the two new Apartments as soon as you walk past the gardens, tennis court and our swimming pool.
