The villa can accommodate up to 8 people. It includes 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 open concept kitchen and living room with a fireplace and 1 storage room. The third bedroom is situated in a glass patio with glass walls and glass windows where you can enjoy the panoramic view of the island or can be used as a second living room. 

Internally, it has a water massage and fully a German ‘Hoff’ brand kitchen with a granite counter and backsplash, with built-in electric appliances (electric oven and stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing-machine) of Miele brand. Externally there is a large swimming-pool, a garden, a courtyard which is paved with stone, a barbeque, a water tank, a veranda covered with a wooden pergola and parking space of 3 cars with direct access to the residence. Ιt offers an amazing view to the Ionian Sea and the city of Lefkada.

Spanochori is a very beautiful traditional settlement in the north of the mountainous spine of the island, only 10 minutes away from the city. It offers an evergreen and quiet environment and combines the beauty and peacefulness of the mountain with easy and quick access to the centre of all activities.

The advantage of its location is the panoramic view to the Ionian Sea and the city of  Lefkada and the easy access to the splendid beaches in less than 15 minutes. The villas are located nearby the main road, offering easy access and total privacy.

All five villas are similar in size and they are of the same quality. Reservations can be allocated in any of the five properties, and also depending on the number of guests per booking, on order to ensure that the guests are accommodated on comfort and with luxury conditions.
