Sharing this gem location, this villa is in the heart of one of the most exclusive areas of the island with breathtaking views - the strictly residential and posh area of Agios Lazaros, above the cosmopolitan Psarou beach - in the southeast part of Mykonos Island. Built on a terraced hillside and consisting of the main villa, an independent guest studio and a garden guest house, Villa Medina enjoys a splendid view of 4 more other beach beauties Platis Gialos Bay, Agia Anna, Paraga and Paradise, the Aegean Sea and Islands in the distance.

Upon entry to this Mykonian villa , one finds the independent guest house composed of an en-suite bedroom with a double bed , a walk-in closet and a cozy living room that exits to the pool terrace. The guest house houses 2-4 adults or 4-6 adults in the 6 bedroom version.
Across the pool terrace and the shaded outdoor dining area, guests are welcomed into the main villa, that has just been fully renovated to the highest standard, with bespoke furniture and elements for summer 2018 and beyond. This offers a spacious and stylish living room and an open-plan kitchen that together with the auxiliary bathroom are situated on this level. The living room exits to a large veranda with an additional dining/lounging area that can comfortably accommodate additionally a large group of guests.

A staircase leads up to the bedroom level of the main villa, where three en suite bedrooms with double beds are located. The master bedroom is overlooking Psarou beach and Nammos Restaurant, and the other two the vibrant pool and the garden/outdoor area. All three rooms exit to a veranda that offers a splendid view of the Aegean Sea, Psarou beach and Islands at a distance.

Adjacent to the main villa and with an exit to the pool terrace is an independent guest studio en-suite with a double bed and 2 built-in sofa beds, suitable as a family room or for a group of friends.

The villa's proximity to the vibrant town of Mykonos, Psarou and Nammos beach bar-restaurant, Platys Gialos with its shopping facilities and small, busy port, as well as, to the more traditional Ornos– render villa Medina into a great destination. Ideal for two or three families and or friends who wish to share unique vacation experiences surrounded by an elegant and sirene environment with the most breathtaking views to the Aegean.

Booking and Payment terms

Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.

Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.

To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.

The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.

Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.

In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.

Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.

Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
