Villa Tita, is located in Glyfada (Kastraki) area of Naxos with close proximity to Glyfada, Alyko and Hawaii beaches which are intrigued with crystal blue waters, white sandy beaches and views of the main town Chora. It comprises both nature and sea to fulfill and ensure the beauty the island has to offer. Within close proximity there is supermarkets, bakeries and tavernas located on the beach. Glyfada is located 15kms from Chora town. We advise car or motor bike rental for this area and to explore the beauty the island has to offer ranging from picturesque villages to the many acclaimed winning beaches.
The villa has 3 levels. The top level has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a bathroom. Ample cupboard space has been added. The master bedroom has access to a balcony which leads to the main entrance of the villa via stairs.
The main level with a large dining table, fully equipped kitchen and lounge room with spacious built in couches is the main entrance to the villa which leads to the pool area and the outdoor dining area. The lower level comprises of 2 bedrooms each with balcony access. The second master bedroom on this level has a queen bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a loft style small double bed located on top of the double bed and bathroom. A laundry with washing machine is also located on the lower floor.
Villa Tita has 2 main sitting areas. The pool area is equipped with sunbeds provides a curved built couch with shade bamboo styled port pergola for relaxation and to absorb the sun and starry skies. The pool is surrounded with hand built stone fencing. On the other side one will find an outdoor dining area with a large built dining table and outdoor kitchenette to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. The outdoor area is large in all surrounding areas with access to the house through many entrances.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
