Choose Villa Omiros II and make your stay in Crete a memorable dream that comes true! Omiros Villas are actually two twin villas located on a privileged location with gorgeous views, high-end amenities, and modern design. Each one has autonomy.
On the ground floor, a kitchen that is fully equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances(fridge, espresso and French coffee machine, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, boiler and dishes-utensils for all the guests), a living area with a fireplace place, a big flat Smart TV 60’ with satellite channels and a dining area suitable for 6-8 guests are found. On the same floor, near the elevator, there is a WC for all the guests and a washing machine.
The three bedrooms of the villa are located on the first and the second floor. The first bedroom has a double-sized bed(160*200) and ensuite bathroom with shower, the second one has a double-sized bed(160*200) and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub while the third one has a king-sized bed (180*200) on the roof and a sofa bed that can be converted into two single beds. Each bedroom has direct access to the balconies, smart TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi access, bath amenities (shampoo and shower gel) linens and towels (pool and bath) for all the guests, a hairdryer, and high quality of mattresses.
The outdoor area is perfectly designed based on the marvelous views with a swimming pool suitable for both adults and kids, a shower, sunbeds, tables, and chairs. Sit in one of the outdoor spots, enjoy the sunset over the horizon with a glass of wine and your love one.
On the lower level, there is a secure parking space suitable for 2 cars.
We will take care of all the details of your holiday 7 days a week responsible for your day to day needs – making recommendations and reservations, and always holding the line in case any problems arise and to organize anything you may require and arrange any details, from special dietary requirements for particular requests. BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
