The living and sitting room has a fire place, it provides full kitchen facilities and can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children. The villa has a private heated pool with whirlpool, sunbeds and umbrellas for 8 persons around the pool on the fully tiled terrace area and dining under the wooden pergola for 10 persons.There is a separate outdoor kitchen with BBQ.
The villa and its surroundings are accessible by wheel chair as there are ramps and a double bedroom on the ground floor. The private gardens of 1500 s.m. are with grass, trees and bushes. The private gated parking area has space for up to 5 cars.
The interior of the living and sitting room is decorated with natural stone, colorful paintings and a beautiful fire place. Furniture, lighting and decoration is of the highest standards and specially selected to create an atmosphere of intimacy and familiarity for moments of warmth and relaxation. There's a smart TV set with satellite and air conditioners (use of a/c is included in the price). The living room opens to the kitchen and an internal wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. There is a WC next to the living room.
The luxury fully equipped Italian kitchen has SIEMENS home appliances including microwave, oven, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, a big fridge/ freezer with ice maker, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mixer, grill/sandwich maker and blender. There is a full set of cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. In the storage rooms you will also find an iron, ironing board, first aid kit and sewing box.
Villa Alekia has three double bedrooms ,one on the ground floor with double bed and two on the first floor, with double and twin bed. The brand-new high quality mattresses provide maximum comfort. A safe deposit box keeps your valuables secure. There are spacious fitted wardrobes and a hairdryer in each room.
All three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with shower room decorated in modern style.All bedrooms are equipped with a flat TV sets with satellite.
Linen is changed twice a week, while there are more bed sheets and duvet covers for you to change as often as you wish, free of charge. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and provide WiFi with internet access. Baby cot and high chair are available on request.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
