The villa is situated on private land of over 40.000 m2, part of a group of 6 independent villas, just above the famous Blue Caves and 20 minutes boat ride to the famous Navagio – the Shipwreck.
The area is 30 km from the main town and airport and 2.5 km from the small port of Agios Nikolaos, which connects Zakynthos with Kefalonia (1 hour by ferry boat).
Villa Herma has direct access to the sea by way of a stone path constructed with great care leading down to the sea and to the impressive Priest's Cave.
The villa covers 200m2 and can accommodate 8 people. It has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms served by 2 bathrooms, comfortable sitting/dining room with fireplace, open plan fully equipped kitchen, covered veranda with dining table overlooking the sea, private infinity pool with hydro-massage spot (massaging & swimming against the stream), sun loungers, outside barbecue and an exclusive indoor steam room (hammam).

The villa offers both indoor and outdoor dining. The sitting-dining room with fully glazed outlook facing the pool area. Dinning table outdoor under the covered veranda with breathtaking views of Kefalonia and the wonderful surroundings.
Guests have the possibility to use free of charge: canoes/kayaks, snorkeling equipment fishing equipment, mountain bikes, binoculars, telescope, outdoor gym.
The lower level (100 sqm) it has one bedroom with a double (45 sqm), one bedroom with double bed and two single beds (can sleep 4), one bathroom and private indoor hammam.
Additionally on the lower level of the villa there is indoor gym with elliptical workout machine, treadmill for running, kettlebells, weight balls and yoga matts, outdoor full size ping-pong table. The villa offers both indoor and outdoor dining as well as outside BBQ.

- Payment Process for Your Stay
To book your stay, you only need to pay 35% of the total amount as an initial deposit. Please note that your reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available for your chosen dates. Once this confirmation is received, our My Greek Villa team will send you an email with all the rental details and clear instructions on how to complete the final payment. - Booking and Payment Policies
Booking: To secure your reservation, a deposit equal to 35% of the total cost of your stay is required. If the booking is made less than 60 days before your arrival date, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation. The reservation will only be confirmed after a 24-hour period, during which we will seek the owner’s approval to ensure the villa is available. - Balance Payment: The remaining balance for your rental must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of your stay. You will receive a reminder 3 days before the final payment is due, along with a new payment link.
- Final Confirmation: After we receive your full payment, a confirmation document will be sent to you. You will also receive an email with detailed instructions on how to reach the villa, your expected arrival date and time, the person who will greet you, and any necessary information regarding transfer arrangements, if applicable.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit will be requested before your arrival. No deposit is charged during the booking process. If the host needs to claim the deposit, they must provide evidence of any damage, and you will be notified accordingly. The deposit is never taken without prior notification.
