On the ground floor there is the living room with a fireplace, comfortable furniture, Satellite TV and stereo, an open plan dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, four ring stove). At the same level there is also a spacious bath with bathtub/WC and a guest room (double bed with no view).

The first floor consists of three air-conditioned bedrooms all with panoramic sea view and terraces, two with double beds and one twin and a bathroom.

Outdoors the villa offers a large private terrace of 120 m2, with an unobstructed view of the sea and the islands opposite; garden table with chairs, 4 sunbeds, a parasol, a portable BBQ, and parking for two cars. Pets are allowed. Smoking allowed only outdoors.
