Bedroom 4 (25 m2) - Independent 2 Single beds, Private bathroom, Air conditioning, Washbasin with refrigerator and kettle, Separate entrance.

Two extra portable beds and one baby crib and high chair are also available.

The Living room has granite floor and consists of two individual sitting places with sofa sets and large, oak eating table with ten chairs. It features a fireplace; TV with satellite and Blue Ray player; High capacity air conditioning.

The open plan Kitchen is fully equipped, with hob, large oven, large double sink, American fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter coffee and Nespresso café makers. Smaller store room with electric kitchen and refrigerator. Four chairs and expandable eating table. Full range of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. Exit door to the large upper veranda, equipped with long table and eight chairs and magnificent sea and the White Mountains of Crete, view.

Outdoors there is a courtyard of 1000 m2. Guests may relax on the sun loungers of the sun terrace by the pool, while the younger guests can enjoy the children’s pool. A fitness centre is offered and massage treatments can be provided upon charge. A well-tended garden with BBQ is available. Bar with hob, basin and refrigerator. Free bikes are featured. Free private parking is possible on site.

All the property is surrounded by two meters high wall that secures absolute privacy. There are two entrance doors and an electric gate (4 meters wide).
