Set amongst native trees and shrubs it comprises two separate buildings, which can accommodate 8 to 10 guests. Built with the traditional Cycladic architecture, guests are certain to enjoy a real feel of Greece. The house stands on two levels, the entrance and the pool-garden level , where guests can splash into the pool or sunbathe on the loungers, or alternatively enjoy peaceful and relaxing moments in the well-trimmed garden area, savoring on traditional meals and delicious domestic wines. The location of the villa allows for its guests to experience the unique view of the sun plunging into the Aegean Sea at dusk, offering a romantic setting at the end of the day! A relaxing destination, Naxos is famous not only for its long sandy beaches, vibrant night life, but also for its very tasty, traditional food.
The villa comprises of a main house, guest house and studio room. The main house has 2 bedrooms with a king size bed in one and 2 single beds in the other, ensuite bathroom, vanity bathroom, kitchen and dining area with majestic views. The guest house comprises of 2 single beds plus and ensuite bathroom. The studio apartment comprises of 1 bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom. (2 folding beds are also available).
All areas have access to outdoor areas.
Villa Anamnis has a vastly large outdoor dining area, a BBQ and a private swimming pool (aprrox. 35meters), overlooking the sea, equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and relaxing areas to lie around and soak up the sun. There is also an outdoor shower. The villa is situated aligned to Orkos beach with magnificent views and sunsets, which stretches to Mikri Vigla beach and has spectacular breathtaking views of the island. Kite surfing and water sports are popular in Orkos. A key feature of Villa Anamnis is the perfected garden beds and trees that add the natural feeling of nature combined with extraordinary sea view.
Villa Anamnis, is located in Orkos area of Naxos with 350 meters walking distance to one of the most captivating beaches on the island. A combination of nature and sea are what Orkos has to offer. Within close reach, one will find bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants. From the long stretches of the white sandy beach, to the clear night skies, it becomes an addition to the peace and tranquility one needs on enjoying the meaning of vacations. Orkos is located 8kms from Chora Town. We advise car or motor bike rental a necessity for this area and to explore all the island has to offer.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
