Less known than many other Greek islands, Alonissos remains one of the country’s last truly authentic destinations. Peaceful and rich in natural beauty, it forms part of the first Greek Marine Park — the largest marine protected area in Europe — and is home to rare species such as the Mediterranean monk seal and the Eleonora’s falcon.
From the villa, a private pathway leads directly to Tzortzi Ghialos Bay in only 50 metres. On the adjoining beach, guests will find the villa’s private jetty with a buoy for mooring a boat. Encircled by lush vegetation and an ever-present sense of calm, the bay is a perfect setting to recharge both body and mind. Its fine white pebbles and sapphire-blue waters are framed by pine forests and colourful wildflowers, creating a landscape of striking natural beauty. The area is exceptionally quiet, and the surrounding pine trees offer natural shelter from the wind.
The seabed is sandy and the waters remain shallow for quite a distance, making it particularly safe for children and ideal for snorkelling. Due to its secluded location — approximately 6 km north of Patitiri port and accessible by car or boat — the bay is rarely crowded, even during peak season. A short stroll along the beach brings you to the family-run “Taverna Tzortzi Ghialos,” one of the island’s most appreciated traditional tavernas, known for its welcoming atmosphere and authentic homemade Greek cuisine.
Villa Giana features three main bedrooms, two bathrooms and an additional small bedroom with a single bed, as well as a separate bathroom with laundry facilities. The interior style is fresh, bright and elegant, combining modern minimalism with quality furnishings and comfort. The villa includes sea-view bedrooms with verandas, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with fireplace and a spacious outdoor dining veranda offering spectacular views over the bay.
Outdoors, surrounded by olive trees and the scent of lavender, the heated infinity pool with hydro-massage overlooks the sea. The pool terrace is equipped with sun loungers, a barbecue and a large dining table for up to twelve guests, while a comfortable lounge area creates the perfect setting for sunset drinks. In the evening, the pool and surrounding olive grove are softly illuminated, creating a magical ambience for relaxed outdoor dining.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Begin by selecting a property from our villa collection. You may book online or speak directly with one of our travel advisors for expert guidance and tailored recommendations. Once your chosen property is confirmed as available, you will receive the booking details and terms for approval.
Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a deposit. From that moment, our dedicated concierge team takes over, arranging all requested services and personal touches to ensure your stay is exceptional from start to finish.
To secure your booking, a deposit is required within 3 business days of signing your contract.
The remaining balance is due no later than two months before the start of your rental period, giving you flexibility and peace of mind as you plan your stay.
Prior to your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage during your stay. The exact amount will be detailed in your rental contract, and your advisor can provide this information at any time before booking.
In the unlikely event that repairs or replacements are required, the deposit will be applied based on evidence provided by the property owner. Rest assured, no amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection and full transparency.
Any cancellation given more than 60 days before your arrival, the deposit of 35% is non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
Cancellation given less than 60 days before your arrival if cancellation occurs after the payment of the full amount (8 weeks prior to arrival), or due to a no-show or early departure: 100% of the renting price will be charged.
